Just outside of Philadelphia, Camino Farms is the perfect spot for large team retreats, family reunions, and team-building experiences.
We’re eager to partner with nonprofits and groups committed to serving the same populations as Camino Farms in 2026.
Pricing & Packages
Camino Farms understands that not all organizations have the capacity to meet these fees. Grants are available, and please indicate in your form if your organization requires financial assistance.
Full Campus Rental
Up to 96 guests

Full Campus Rental includes:
Lodging for up to 96 overnight guests
All meals and snacks
Full use of all indoor and outdoor facilities
Access to pool, splash pad, aerial course, sports courts, gymnatorium, pavilion, fitness areas, and walking path
Housekeeping and linens
Guided activity blocks, including animal therapy, aerial course sessions, fitness activities, and arts & crafts.
We exclusively reserve weeklong sessions during the summer months.
Overnight Retreats
40 minimum

Overnight Retreats include:
Lodging for a minimum of 40 guests
All meals and snacks
Full use of all indoor and outdoor facilities
Access to pool,splash pad, aerial course, sports courts, gymnatorium, pavilion, fitness areas, and walking path
Optional activity add-ons available (animal therapy, aerial course sessions, fitness classes,arts & crafts), and can be booked upon request.
Day
Retreats
Up to 150 participants

Day Retreats include:
Access to meeting rooms, the gymnatorium, the pavilion, and outdoor recreation spaces from 9:00AM-5:00PM
Optional activity add-ons available (animal therapy, aerial course sessions, fitness classes,arts & crafts) and can be booked upon request.
Please note that day retreats are offered on a limited number of weekdays. We encourage groups to inquire early to secure their preferred date.
Financial Aid for Retreats
Camino Farms understands that not all organizations have the capacity to meet these fees. We welcome open conversations to explore ways to defray costs through partnerships,sponsorships, or shared resources, ensuring all mission-driven groups have access to the retreat and hospitality experience.
